Need help actually making deals happen?

A 2-year mastermind for GILD members who are done watching from the sidelines.

You're already in GILD. You've seen the value. But perhaps you're struggling to actually get deals done? The most common feedback I get is "this is something I really want to do, but life keeps getting in the way."

So I started Capital Club.

It's a 2-year mastermind group for those who actually want some peer pressure, and help, for getting deals done. This is only for those who are actively raising capital, deploying it, or looking to make deals happen.

No spectators. No lurkers. And no pitch decks in the group chat.

What you get

Private WhatsApp Deal Room

Curated by me. No BS. Live deals, capital requests, warm intros, and quick wins. Signal, not noise. If it doesn't move a deal forward, it gets removed.

10 live masterminds a year with me

I take July and December off. We're all busy, we're all on different timezones, you don't need to attend them all. Bring your live raise, your acquisition, your exit. Happy to discuss in the session. Recorded, so you can watch back or catch up.

Lifetime access to the GILD Capital Raising Operating System

Every module inside skool.com/gild, unlocked for life, even when we put the paywall back up.

Quarterly Capital Club Briefing

A short written or video update from me on macro, live deals in the group, and what's actually working right now. Async. Read it on the plane.

The Active Member Dividend

Earn back up to $800 across the two years just by showing up and being useful. More on this below.

The economics

$2,997
One payment. Two years of access.

But there's an Active Member Dividend paid each quarter for those who participate.

Each quarter, meet 3 simple conditions and I'll transfer $100 back to you:
  1. Attend at least one mastermind (or watch the replay)
  2. Make 3 useful connections to fellow members
  3. Post one opportunity update you're involved in to the WhatsApp group
Do that for 8 quarters and you've earned $800 back.
Net cost: $2,197 for two years of deal flow, masterminds, and direct proximity to people that are making stuff happen.
Plus hopefully a bunch of connections from other members.

One decent intro turns this into a rounding error.

The dividend isn't a discount, it's a filter. Members who engage get paid. Members who ghost, don't. That's the deal, and it's what keeps the Capital Club worth being in.

The dividend is also a reminder. Wealth Escape Velocity comes when your investment yield covers your living costs and you can put all your earnings, and your liquidity events, straight into your investments and loop back up.

$100 is inconsequential, but should be a quarterly reminder to keep increasing that yield.

Who this is for

Members who are:

  • Raising capital in the next 12 months
  • Deploying capital and want better deal flow
  • Structuring a liquidity event, exit, or acquisition
  • Building toward escape velocity yield and want the room where that gets discussed
If you're still trying to figure out what you're building, or if you're currently financially fragile, stay in GILD, do the work, come back when you're ready. This isn't the room for you yet. If you're on the fence, book a call.

How it works

You book a 30-minute Admissions Interview to see whether it's a match on both sides.

Please do NOT book a call if the membership fee of $2,997 is going to cause you problems.

Ready to be in the room?

Seats are limited on purpose. The group only works if it stays small.

FAQ

Is this refundable?

No. You're in for two years. The whole point is commitment.

Do I need to already be a GILD member?

Yes. Capital Club is only open to existing GILD members. Understanding the core lessons of GILD will be crucial for maximising your value here. If you're not in GILD yet, start there.

What if I miss a mastermind?

Watch the replay. It still counts toward your quarterly dividend.

Who runs the masterminds?

Check on the interview. For the initial cohort I will. For future cohorts it might be a mixture of myself and other members.
